• Reported my debit card lost which was kindly stopped. However i then asked my bank to order me a withdrawal of £1300 only to be told the maximum was £500 per day even with full id. I then asked if i could transfer the said withdrawal into my spouses account who also banks with Nationwide and was again told no. How does this help the customer! I understand fraud prevention but this is taken it to the extreme. Very dissappointed in your service and will now think about alternative banking which would give some leaniencie.
