• They asked for a proof of address that was not listed on their website, basically told me what I should do with my money, expressed disbelief that I had an address even when proof was right in front of them, witheld my verification documents even when I requested them to give them back to me to wind me up. Customer service was very bad, and the staff "gang up" against you instead of helping the customer. If they are doing that they are not doing what they are supposed to do. The staff at the counter who was supposed to help was incompetent and seemd like a new hire who didn't know anything. Too bad for them, they have now lost a customer and I will be telling all my friends and family how bad their customer service is.
