• Very bad service. They rushed to get our manicures and pedicures and gel done in under an hour and weren't even busy. They didn't soak our feet and they were extremely rough. We had to ask for the massage chairs to switched on to which they grunted too. Their loyalty card says "tell your friends if satisfied , tell us if not" so my friend and I politely pointed out we weren't completely satisfied to which point the two male staff just started laughing. My friend pointed out that was quite rude and another female staff member stepped in to say they dont speak English, yet they were able to ask me "you like your nails so why are you complaining " they know enough English to respond rather than laugh in their customers faces. We collectively spent £115 there, we DEFINETLY had a right to tell them we were not satisfied. They had the cheek to ask us as we left if we wanted loyalty cards! That's when WE had to laugh. There's plenty of nail bars around- save your money and go to one where you will get a good service worth your money(theres one at the other end of the high street I'm trying next time) Google shows plenty more customers dissatisfied with their rushed jobs too. Wish I'd read those reviews before forking out my £55 birthday money on these dosers.
