• The customer servce is the worst I have ever experienced!! Paul Eason has a shocking attitude towards people that are PAYING him for a service. It seemed to me that they were taking on more jobs than they could cope with and what quickly became a predictable stock phrase of 'he's dealing with completions at the moment' grew increasingly frustrating. This stock phrase was used on every day of the week at any time, and therefore we wondered how he ever got into that position as he never seemed to have time to deal with clients. I could go on for hours about the worst experience from a supposed professional but suffice it to say that if there is one thing you do, it must be to CHOOSE ANOTHER CONVEYANCER!!
