• Traveld to half hours to see a motor that was described in excellent and superb condition to it been full of deep scratches seat belt not working and it only got tested the day befor after test driving it for 5 mins as they told us the way to go that meant could only drive at 30 mph as few sets of trafic light and wasn't realy a test drive waiting at one set of lights when loads of grey smoke coming out off exhaust what a waste of a long drive after telling the wrong information don't take any notice what it says on Internet and they tell you as normaly not true

• just recently bought a Vauxhall insignia had it a couple of days service light came on it was due to glow plugs I rang the dealer and he was more than helpful he told me to get all four changed and he will pay for any costs so in my opinion professional and excellent service thankyou.

• Recently bought a car from motrix and couldn't fault the service, before and after. Very happy with my BMW and would definitely buy from motrix again in the future.

• This company are the worst car dealers ive come across. The staff are not very pleasant or helpful. They just want your hard earned money with no after sales service...they probebly dont know what service means. If you have vehicle issues there not interested..your on your own. Do not aproach this dealer ifso ....on your own head be it.
