• Visited Morrisons after shopping elsewhere for a few weeks and again was disappointed by the lack of customer service. Staff member replenishing meat, asked if he had ant beef skirting to be met with 'how do I know ask at the counter'. Asked at the counter to be told on the shelf if you look! Pointed out I could not locate said product on shelf to be greeted with a sigh and well what do you want then. Perhaps if the manager arranged customer service training for his staff by taking them on a visit to Asda and Dainsburys to see how courteous and helpful the staff are in those stores he could then see the lack of service offered at Morrisons Weymouth.

• I visit Morrisons to do my shopping, collect prescriptions and on many occasions to have a bite to eat in the friendly run cafe.. There are many bargains and in keeping with all other supermarkets a wide selection of products to choose from.. If you come by car there's ample parking and a Morrisons owned petrol station close by. An excellent place to do the weekly shop with courteous friendly and professional staff... Love going to the little cafe especially where you're always made to feel welcome, also the pharmacy is staffed by kind caring knowledgeable staff... A good experience all round... Peter L.
