• Inconsistent and online run out of basic items such as savers porridge oats. Same instore but often waiting for items to be put out. Shelves far too high and stacks of things at end of aisles. Little girl was about to push One when mother stopped her.

• 10 self scan tills manned by 1 person trying to deal with all at once,impossible.Hence 6 customers stood waiting to be dealt with.Frustrating.I dont blame staff,its the management.
