• I'm having the same problem. Empty shelves ,today it was fly spray, last week it was something else, in fact sometimes it can be several shelves. Surely they want to be busy and surely they want to have full stock on seasonal stuff, but it seems even with a computerized stock system , they don't seem to manage.

• I must admit I have never had trouble with Morrisons, until the last few visits, there has been no vedge, meat and lots of other empty shelves, it isnt brain science just poor Management as I was informed by a few members of staff ?

• I would firstly like to say that the general day to day service at this supermarket is good however, 6 months ago I had rode my bike to the store and on arrival realised I hadn't brought my bike lock.. I put my bike behind the passport machine well out the way of everybody and continued to do my shopping.. 10 mins later I got to where my bike was to discover it had been moved by the trolley guy to the outside of the store.. When I asked him what had happened he said he put it outside an seen some lads hanging around it.. My bike was then stollen from the unsafe place it had been left by a morrisons worker..I was quite angry as the bike was a Xmas present and there was no call out in the store to ask me to remove it..anyway I demanded to see the manager as I was convinced the store was to blame for this incident..this is where my problem with the store begins.. I asked the manager I he could contact the police to which he replied "do it yourself" getting more and more angry with the way I was being treated I rang the police.. Meanwhile the manager(bold hard man) was trying to push my anger further by telling me " come on then why you going to do" "hit me" "do you think I'm scared" when I eventually decided that I'm not getting anywhere by trying to reason with these fools I walked away.. The ever so polite store manager was shouting "yeah go on walk away" see you done nothing" "don't come back" I shopped every day in this store and was totally availed by the way I was treated by the "store manager" just thought I'd let people know not to confront him as you might end up in a fight.. A joke web you consider the phrase "the costumer is always right.. I was treated like a pice I dirt on his shoe.. After appealing for my bike to be paid for it took 6 months to get a reply that even tho it is protocol for the store to announce over the tanoy and they didn't It was my fault.. Anyway enjoy your morrisons experience.. I'm sure you will be fine as long as you don't cross the manager.. He will try his luck with you..I hope he picks a fight on someone his own size next time and gets what he deserves.. H I
