• The café is awful, the staff are very rude and not welcoming at all! The woman taking the food orders got it wrong and it came with things we asked not to have and on top of that we found hairs in our food!

• An awful experience, there are displays down middle of all the aisles so extremely difficult to navigate your way around. Long queues at all checkouts. Sainsburys you have nothing to worry about !!!

• very poor customer service, staff chatting around service desk whilst tills closed , queues at every till supervisors nasty to staff not a good shopping experience
