• THE WORST SUPERMARKET FOR MILES AROUND!!! Staff are lazy, slow to react to issues or see ways to make things move better, often rude, inefficient and have absolutely no idea of the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE! The girl on the tobacco desk this morning was sarcastic, lippy, huffing and puffing with impatience and this was just 30 minutes into her shift - frankly, if I can find their telephone number I shall be making an official complaint as she was out of order. It's a shame, it has a prime location, a good carpark and countrywide they are not a bad firm - some rural Morrisons are exceptional for their meat quality... but THIS one - the staff need a rocket up their backsides to wake them up and Mister Motivator to rock up and bang their heads together to remind them they are being PAID to SERVE customers. * Frozen veg section's always inadequate * Bread rolls were hard/stale yesterday * Unattended children using aisles like a playground today: running/shouting - dangerous to OAPs and/or hangovers! * Same reduced items still on counter from PREVIOUS day * Milk section poor choice * Yesterday shelves half empty all over the store at 8pm - if you're changing things around DO IT OUT OF HOURS! ALTOGETHER it's a disaster zone and I'm going to go there far less often now - just had enough!
