• Miserable woman served me. I wanted a postage quote and it was clear she did not want to help. Sighing and a look of exasperation. Not an ounce of customer service skills of any kind. She made it as difficult as possible. I do not know the issues surrounding sending parcels. If you need dimensions (I thought large heavy parcels had to go via parcelforce, being the only option) then why don't you wait for an answer instead of rushing me with your bad attitude? I was polite throughout. Having worked as a customer services manager I can only say I was appalled. The behaviour of the woman quite upset me actually! I won't bother going back in there even though it is my local post office.
