• Avoid them like the plague. Incompetent, unhelpful, delaying, untruthful, and being passed from pillar to pst - never staying with one person long enough so there are huge delays in the handover. Pressurising you to accept their agenda which is against you and at times just plain dubious as to who really benefits from your claim. Worst thing I ever did was give them the benefit of the doubt. Wish I'd checked them out first and later had listened to my gut and bailed out when I had the chance.

• Appalling service.I was not being updated with regards to my claim.I had to contact Minster law every time for an update. I had to contact the third party insurers myself to find out progress of my claim.It took 6 months to recover my costs.

• Very disappointed from this firm. After 4 years of helwith minster law fighting a lost battle.the experience with them it was worst then my motorbike accident. And they are not professional at all and they should not serve the public as they turn they life to hell. The make to many mistakes they do not care about their clients. And the results are very very POOR. In my opinion I would avoid this firm at any cost as I had 4 years hell from them.

• Avoid Minster Law solicitors. They have been misinforming me re a motor accident injury claim, use inept "expert" doctors, require constant chasing up, do not respond to letters etc etc
