• Please read before going, save you wasting you're money. We booked a table for 22 to celebrate my 82 year old terminally ill fathers last birthday and went in TWICE to confirm all details. On arrival we sat at our reserved table and another party came in and said it was theirs! They had double booked it and WE were moved to a make shift table, to which the access to half the seats was a joke. Our table was booked for 2pm and we didn't get to sit at the make shift pathetic table till 2.45! bearing in mind my frail father. After bitter complaining they apologised and said they would supply 3 bottles of wine as an apology. They bought over the wine glasses and I have never seen such filthy glasses in any place before in my life, we polished some ourselves with napkins and sent the really filthy ones back, they bought some more that were bigger and just as filthy! It was beyond unbelievable. We eventually got our food at 3.30 to 3.45, which was average and some a bit cold, but we'd given up all hope by then so just ate it, though some left the cold bits and fatty ribs. Then the puddings didn't show up, we went and asked and were assured they would be there post haste. Well 15 mins passed and no pud, eventually 20 mins later we got them, thanking god by then. We had a cake we'd took in with candles for him and it arrived, you guessed it they bought the wrong cake! they had taken ours to someone else and theirs to us. It was a total debacle from start to finish and ruined the last birthday celebration with my father we will ever have. I am appalled at this shambles of a place, I have never witnessed such inept and diabolical service in my life and never will as that surely couldn't be beaten. Thank you for the worst experience we've ever encountered.
