• Yes we did leave after 20 mins of you keeping us waiting so that we were not late for our next job why should other passengers be late because you wanted another pint before you set off. Comments like these never state all the facts and it wasn't the first time you had done it.

• what a joke of a firm,the driver left us stranded because we were ten mins late getting on bus,even though we told him we were waitng for people,lucky for us we got another bus in ten mins,just goes to show their our good firms in blackburn but this isn,t one of them
