• Would recommend anyone to go here ! Moved to the area over a year ago , have ordered a good few times and never had a bad experience, food always hot & tasty ... friendly run place ... I forgot something of off my order once and they delivered it to my door ... fantastic !

• I've also used them frequently over the last 5 or 6 years. The negative responses definitely look fake to me as they don't tally with my experience. Fish and chips are equal to the best I've ever had. They're not especially cheap and I once had a kebab that seemed a bit bland. Other than that the quality, hygiene and service seems to be totally reliable.

• Strongly suspect the two negative reviews come from a local rival! Have bought fish and chips here for years. Invariably the quality has been good and the service extremely friendly. Recommended.

• The fish is revolting, underdone. The batter is off colour, probably from under frying. The chips are slimy. Thick black hairs found in chips and one in the fish, very unhygienic. Customer service is however good, except the lack of hygiene.

• Been there once a fortnight for eight years. Husband and wife run it. Always very polite never once heard anything untoward. The best fish and chips I have ever had. I always look forward to their cod and chips

• Single handedly the WORST food and service i have ever experienced! The woman running the shop was rude and impatient when I was looking for change, and was also very rude to the young girl who was preparing the food, calling her stupid infront of customers which i found very embarrassing. Also returned home to find a long black hair amongst my chips! Would not feed to a dog!
