• The Golf Estate Merelander sold us was very reasonable. When we had a problem with the air conditioning they could not do enough to help out. Refreshing good old style service. Thank you.

The particular car you made inquiries about was sold, I assumed you were inquiring about the other one. It was just a pure misunderstanding. If you contact me i will re-imburse your fuel costs.

• I phoned this morning to arrange a viewing of a car, he confirmed he still had it, I travled a hour to view it only to find he sold it yesterday, what a waste of time, he did not seem bothered either. AVOID !!

• I went to Richard when I needed a larger Estate car. He sourced me one which was less mileage and far less money than the local Main Dealer. I would always trust him with my next car purchase.

• Bought a Jeep Patriot from them . Price was £1000 cheaper than other dealers.I drove there from up north so I didn't have much time to inspect the car properly. I was told over the phone everything was sound ,in show room condition. And it wasn't after I discovered later,when you actually get the feel of the car and start noticing things. The ball joints where shot,the back brake pads over 90% worn,the inner back pads where seized and the transmission shield was missing,the wipers seen better days and all tyres worn to death.After all that I was told on the day its ready and safe to drive it back to the north east.DANGEROUS PEOPLE. Changed the wishbones with new bushes and ball joints, new pads, back and front, new transmission shield, new tyres and new wipers.After £400 including labour car was safe.(I can get the parts for cheap from Chrysler as my brother in law works there,other people would pay double that.)Added £300 for accessories and respray the wheels as they where scratched to death,car is looking good. No the inside showroom condition its another thing......I don't know who is valeting their cars but he must be blind.... Also I forgot to mention that they provide 3 months extended warranty but I was away for 2and a half months so I didn't get the chance to kick their a.... When I bought the car i said to my wife, we have £1000 spare from the price we paid compare to other dealers,so if its something wrong we will fix it.... And right I was....
