• We bought an approved used Mercedes car from the Huddersfield Mercedes garage. The car has been fine until it developed a clonking noise. We booked the car in for a warranty repair however the customer service was horrendous. It turned out our car had been involved in an accident (as identified by the Leeds Mercedes Garage) which they denied and after having our car for 2 days had failed to even make a start on the work. We are forced to leave the car with then for another 3 days over the weekend whilst they try to fix the problem. We will see what happens? Shocking customer services, no offer of courtesy car and no commitment of when the work would be finished, just an excuse that they had been very busy. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!!!
