• Where to start !!! At the drive thru a member of staff was going back and forth to the window to take food to waiting cars and knocked my wing mirror laughed and mumbled at me then walked away NO APOLOGY !! Almost every time I have been the order is wrong ... They do not give a refund for there mistakes . Staff even talk about other staff being bad at the job . I have been there tonight used the drive thru and placed a £16 order and was given the wrong food despite travelling 10 mins there and back plus that same amount of time to go back and complain I was offered 1 desert. The store manager Paul argued to me that was all he was going to offer me and even shouted this to me like he was hard (skinny kid in reality) ... It's just not good enough I wont be going there again and yeah i did refuse cause i dissagreed with his attitude ... ...
