Appointment time 2:45 - the receptionist said that Nicole will just be a minute at 3:05, that's 20 minutes later I was still sat there like a lemon waiting whilst some stylists & receptionist had a good chat! At this point I gave up and walked out.
5 minutes later someone called to find out where I had gone, I am fuming mad - she apologised, did she mean it, nope just something she thought she best say!
What an absolute sham of a set up, ignorant staff - don't waste your time going here!!!Rating history and distribution
