Steer well clear of this outfit. Deposited a substantial 5 figure sum with them after they assured us it was a client account under RICS rules. Turned out not to be the case after we had cause to make an official complaint. Used M Donaldson to assist in a Tribunal matter and he was way out of his depth. Gave one star as one member of staff admitted he was incompetent and would resign.Rating history and distribution
