• Is the stock extensive? Yes, certainly. Would I recommend it? Absolutely not anymore, having just been verbally abused - with no provocation - by a shockingly rude member of staff, and then treated as though I was to blame for the altercation. He was so quick to anger I genuinely thought he was going to assault me as well. ‘Customer service’ is clearly a concept that ceases to exist at the entrance, to put it VERY lightly. Not only will I never be entering the premises again, I will tell this story to everyone I know in Royston to ensure they don’t have to go through the same thing. Places like this give independent retailers a bad name. An absolute disgrace.
