• Lockdown proves how much your custom means to a business. After being a client for over 10 years, tried to make an appointment. Left 5 messages over 7 days before got a call. Told " you must understand we have 500 clients" etc. Asked how people had made appointments and told they have booked on the stylists private number or through Facebook. No-one has ever given me a private number in over 10 years, and I have nothing to do with Facebook. Clearly my loyal custom means nothing, and I am bottom of their list. Well, I have taken myself off their list, so they are down to 499 clients, and I expect that number will reduce. Funnily, my friend, who can actually talk to her hairdresser, explained how badly Mad Cutz have treated me, and got me an appointment.
