• Managers do not have an ounce of customer serivice knowledge or skill between them. Sensitivity and compassion are unknown concepts to them! Avoid at all costs.

• This is the worst gym ever. The staff are unqualified and extremely unprofessional. They are rude and patronising and I would never use this gym again. Steer clear.
