• No customer service from this company - I went to the manufacturer (Easywalker) direct and got immediate and excellent service. I don't think this company should be active in retail and recommend that you avoid them

• Avoid Lullaboo Baby like the plague. Worst shopping experience ever. 3months on and I am still chasing for a refund for a car seat that was never sent. The company refuse to answer my emails or calls. I have reported them to trading standars today for fraud.

• A company to avoid. Ordered a car seat online and finally managed to cancel two months later, after nothing had arrived, except a host of elaborate excuses. Still cant get my money back....
