• Luci Foreman is a disgrace to the hair and beauty trade, after ruining a relatives of mines hair, overcharging and being down right rude I would advise anyone in the Somerset area to avoid, unless you like over inflated prices and then paying again to have their handy work put right, it seems that many people have experienced some terrible customer service and overall treatment at thesec salons, right down to bleeding scalps, clothes ruined by bleach, straightener burns etc all this while Luci herself runs round on the phone whilst cutting your hair and blow drying someone else's at the same time, rudest most abrupt and unprofessional woman I've ever come across ....stay clear of any beauty outfits connected to this woman !!
