I asked for sticky shredded crispy chilli chicken. I got plain chicken with a couple of jalepeno's on. I took back. They tried to rectify by putting some poor attempt of chilli sauce on. I took back again and the man behind the counter shouted at me and my fiance. Also noodles very dry and prawn crackers stale. He blamedme for him 'wasting 3 Chickens' because of his double mistake. Will NEVER order from here again. Friends have said they have been treated like this from them many times also. Much better Chinese further down the road. Also Lotus House us VERY overpriced
Most dishes at least 70p more than Chinese take away close by. POOR SERVICE. POOR FOOD.Rating history and distribution
