I like the staff at L&G as quite friendly. I see Ruth Love who is very pleasant. My main complaint is that I am always kept waiting. Even when I am the first appointment of the day, I am kept waiting and get seen over 10 mins after my appointment time. Later in the day I'm kept waiting even longer. It can be difficult to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Rating history and distribution
