• Staff really rush through the mail here and could be a little slower to avoid mistakes. Rarely a 'hello' or 'thank you' although the man on the front counter is more professional. I would rather go to a friendlier more professional post office where the staff value their customers.

• Useless! That's all that can describe the london road post office. Would it kill the post office to employ people that know what road tax is? The Churchill square post office is even worse (which is the best thing i can say about the branch)!! So kemp town it is for the only one that knows what they are doing. Cant seem to give it no stars. But i would.

• All staff are friendly ,helpful, and very knowledgeable .This is a very busy office all year round and they just never seem to have a break.Despite working flat out there is always and queue and not everyone is as patient as they should be.A horrible desolate environment for them to work in I am amazed they all stay so cheerful !
