• RE: 42 Dunster Gardens, Kilburn, London, NW6 7NH Dear reader, I hope you read this before being approached/offered to house share at this address. The live in land lord is not one that is, shall I say, straight forward... After posting a 'Wanted' ad on Gumtree or similar, she will be in touch to offer you an interview type thing & look at the room. You are expected to be 275 upfront and 600 a month thereafter. All the usual stuff of, "I like my space', prefer not to hear you only see you at times, shoes off at the front door etc. Once you move in you will soon realize this woman has in fact two sides to her that you do not want to witness. Be warned, do not enter in house share at this address, she will enter your room at her will & create damage that she will blame you for & therefore keep your whole deposit for something meaningless. Be warned is all.
