• Beware ! This company has stopped trading and resurfaced as ERG - Emergency Response Group - AVOID !!

• Terrible service. They quote a response time of 90 minutes. They quoted me 2 hrs which was fair enough as it was the holidays but when I chased at 2 hours they said a plumber was on his way. When I chased again 20 mins later they said they would call the plumber to see where he was and promised to call me back. They didn't. Another 20 mins later I called them and they stated he would be a further 4 hours. 7 hours in total from my original call! No apology and no sign of even caring about their customer.

• They ask for card details up front, then just call around local plumbers and *hope* to get one out. Hence they are very expensive. Stay away

• I called them on their 0800 121 6002 number needing a leak fixed. They promised a plumber within 60-90 minutes - if I gave a credit card number. Then didn't turn up. Promised would do next day - didn't turn up. 1 week later they debited my card £435.00 - but didn't know why they had done that. Refund promised.

• Does not vet contractors, just wins the work and then calls any local trades person. Then fails to pay!
