• they bought over my previous system, told me it was rubbish so i ended up buying a system from them, then i was more or less forced to buy extended warrenty.I have to contact them every year for teh service. The system has not been working for the last 4 weeks but no one has appeared to fix it. I had to disconnect the phone line as the panel was constantly dialing but no pick up at the monitoring end.My phone bill was horrendious. Was told to email it to them and they would sort it out. Still waiting after 4 weeks. No answer to emails or calls.
