• Whilst carrying out business with a member of staff i was accosted by a small man,presumably the manager demanding to know if the dog accompanying me was a guide dog?I replied no,he then proceeded to harangue me about dogs not being allowed in, i replied that i had done business with Lloyds for 46yrs and accompanied by my dog for 6yrs without hinderance or let,he continued this tirade and i then said that i would consider taking my custom elsewhere.I have worked with and boarded guide dogs in recent times and would never entertain boarding or taking into the public domain any dog with behavioural issues. This small individuals attitude was grossly unprofessional and tactless as it took place before a branch full of waiting clients. If any member of senior management wish to discuss this matter they may contact me in writing at the address contained in my account details
