• Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not very helpful or friendly and when they make a mistake you never receive an apology.

• dreadful indeed,treated like a criminal when i went in 4 my sons narclepsy tablets(yes they are controlled)..but the way they asked me for proof of id,,,well,did i no just go of on 1,been going there 4 10 years 4 them,but must be new faces behind the counter,,threated to withold my sons tablets if i didnt calm doon,,,,even got taken to the "naughty room" for him to have a word with me,,,,ps im 53yo....and i went like a silly beggar,,,,,,defo no be back,,,,,ps have i got to give them a rating ?....ok -1

• Dreadful - you will be told to come back again and again. You will be barked at by staff like you're something they've scraped off the sole of their shoe. You will be treated with utter contempt. More and more previous customers are using the Boots at the other end of the town for their EXCELLENT service, and the pleasant way they treat their customers. This place doesn't deserve your custom - don't give it to them. Would give it zero stars if I was able to.
