• Incredibly rude staff - not interested in interacting with customers - although maybe would have been more interested had my purchase been high value. Would not return - other establishments far more welcoming

• Staff appeared not to be interested in customers. No help offered and they did not talk to us at all whilst we were in the shop. Would have been happy to have bought a jumper but staff put us off.

• I bought some friends in to the shop , we arrived about 5.15 and the staff were so off with us and hardly spoke to us , a friend had bought a top from them last week and was ignored when she tried to tell them . Another friend tried on a top but felt so uncomfortable she put it back . We then went to GunHill and all bought something as they couldn't be nicer
