• What a shambles. Booked them to take us to a big wedding at Westminster Abbey and they sent a Toyota Auris for four tall adults in all our finery, even though we'd ordered a large car. And then when they were due to pick us up from the reception, they didn't turn up at all! When I rang them they said they'd passed our job to another company so it wasn't their fault! Well, it certainly wasn't our fault as we'd booked weeks in advance. They said they'd send another car if we'd like to wait an hour or two so we scrubbed round it and got a cab from the locality. Cpmplained to them in writing but never even had the courtesy of a reply. Avoid like the plague.
