• Awful experience, post master asking me what I was posting, a birthday present. He wanted to know exactly what it was!...I asked him what I was not allowed to post, he briefly waves a A$ sheet with a few pictures on and told me he would tell me if I was allowed to send parcel once he knew exactly what was it parcel. I told him it was personal and non of his business and that he was being rude. He told me it was law to tell him what I exactly had. Not happy left very embarrassed and shocked.Will never return again and will use Main post office in Aldridge in future, as they have never asked me for exact description of items sent, only whether valuable or not!

• On my last visit I asked for proof of postage - the item was an assignment for an Open University course. Although the member of staff gave it to me, he said he didn't know why I wanted it as the item goes straight in the bag.
