• Staff are very miserable and rude including the manager, food was cold an got pure attitude from a member of staff, food is no way worth what they charge for it, miserable place to eat! AVOID!

• I found the staff to be miserable especially the manager, Richard i believe his name was. The food was hot and fish tasted nice but chips tasted re heated. The floor seemed very greasy and toilets were not clean.

• We have visited the Las Vegas Grill on many occasions over the last 5 years, with up to 50 older people on day trips from Enfield in London. Each year we have always found the staff exceedingly helpful and friendly, the food is always fresh, hot and tasty with generous portions and the cleanliness / food hygiene is second to none. The WC's are always regularly cleaned and spotless on every visit. The manager (Richard) is extremely helpful and accommodating and ensures quick, friendly and efficient service to all our clients. The only negative is that we cannot take the Las Vegas Grill and its staff back to London, so we can eat there more often. We were there in July and look forward to our next visit.
