• Had a 7 year old perfectly working laptop where just the number 9 on the keyboard became faulty. It was replaced with a new keyboard and is now working just fine. Very pleasant lady who organized the fast and efficient service repair. Highly recommended.

• The service was fast and efficient especially as I am a wheelchair user. the access was unimpeded and staff kind and considerate. Their expertise was excellant considerring I had given up all hope of a good resolution. My mood was lifted, following their repair of a laptop I become dependant on.

• I was delighted with their customer service. They completed a repair for free. It was simple but everyone's time is usually charged just for looking at it.

• very over priced for tiny bit work that needed doing. if had time would done myself next time i think i will. charges were very high so would tell people try elsewhere
