• My husband and I booked a four-hour van hire through this company to complete a house removal. The van was damp inside but as our stuff was only going to be inside it for a couple of hours this was not an immediate concern. However, the van then broke down on its way to our new home. The man from the company came and towed us in the van with our stuff in it to a garage. We did not get our stuff back for a whole week, and had to cancel work to receive it. We were told we would have free van hire because of this. However, the money for the hire has never been returned to our account, despite the man in the office saying this would be done (I even recorded the phone calls) and now the Director completely refuses to refund us. He has been most unpleasant and has even hung up the phone saying we would have to sue him for it. This is despite us having used the company several times before. We will now have to sue them. Do not give this company your business!
