• lakeside laid a large patio at rear of house and paved side of house as a bin area and I could not fault the company or workmen as provided a excellent job and provided info on how to keep patio looking at its best would highly recommend to friends and family

• Lakeside were to chip and edge my front garden exactly the same as my neighbours. His edging was level from fence to gate and from gate to steps both sides. I had to leave house around 3pm and workers were away by then but Project Manager was there. He said the job was finished and he would take the cash if I had it. From where I stood job looked OK. Told him I wanted a receipt and he said Ok then took cash, walked away and said he would post receipt to me. On returning to house I noticed that edging was 4 inches above pavement on neighbours side but just level with pavement at gate. Edging on other side sloped in opposite direction. Edging from gate to steps was barely high enough to contain chips. Went in 1 week later to complain and ask for receipt. Receipt was scribbled on slip of paper lying on countertop. Told Project Manager about my complaints and he said that he would come out to look at it (23rd June). To date he hasn't appeared and weeds are now coming through the chips at the bottom of the garden.
