• ordered £28.00 of food that arrived with items missing and incorrect.after ringing to ask why ,was argued with by a terribly rude member of staff !Not only poor food,but disgusting service.Will never order from Fontana again. Extremely disappointed!!

• Absolutely useless, ordered for 10 work mates which took a total of 17 mins on the phone , rang back 20 mins later to confirm the price only to be told a rough figure as they didn't have a calculator . I also had to go over my order again as 17 mins the first time was clearly not enough for them , when the meal arrived it was missing 3 of the side dishes👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

• The food at La Fantana differs each time I get a takeaway. The last couple of takeaways I have had, have been good. One time, one member of staff who served me tried to charge me twice for my food (when I ordered my food, and when my food was ready). Of course I refused to pay twice! Luckily I have not been served by this same person since!

• Very disappointing. Staff very rude - claimed that we had requested a takeaway and not answered the door so now our address was basically blacklisted (collection only). This NEVER happened and the man was less than helpful in giving the full details of the alleged event. 99% of the time my partner and I go to the takeaway closest to out apartment and collect anyway - thought we would have a change!! Never again!! ...La Fontana food isn't that good anyway!
