• Just bought my dress from this shop. The lady who dealt with us was lovely, really helpful and was keen to find me my perfect dress. Would highly recommend to other brides

• Would not recommend this place to any bride to the service was appalling, the member of staff hardly spoke to us and had no customer rapport at all. Was in and out of the shop within 30 minutes after being rushed into 6 wedding dresses woman could not even be bothered to lace or zip up dress, basically held the dress together at the back, not allowed to take pictures whereas other bridals shop were not bothered about this, was going to look at wedding flowers there as well but after the very poor service they will not be getting a penny from me

• I have nothing but good things to say about this shop! From start to finish I was made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. Yes, I did have to make an appointment but this is because they are a busy shop and I wanted to be sure I could be seen to. Found a beautiful dress and even got my flowers from florist downstairs. :) Thanks La Fleur for contributing to make my wedding perfect!

• Absolutely lovely shop, small and compact (less choice means more quality!) i spent hours trying on dresses and the ladies were lovely telling me if one didnt suit me etc. I felt so welcomed, my dress has just come in and i was in for a fitting within a few days, with a different lady each and everyone with a genuine interest into my special day. If you like more welcoming shops over the high end snotty ones then this is your best bet! Have recommended to a few people! Flower shop downstairs great too!

• Rude, arrogant and spoiled my daughters day. In todays climate businesses need to make customers feel special not like they are doing you a favour. The 'studio' is more like a cupboard. My daughter was not even allowed to view the dresses herself. Terrible terrible service. Avoid!

• Horrible shop. Unhelpful rude owner. Do NOT bother going here. Dresses are cheap & tacky.
