• Without a doubt the most stressful and unsettling move I have ever experienced and I have moved multiple times during the last ten years, both long and short haul moves. I suffered damage to property and treasured personal possessions, received poor customer service along with lies and deception. They denied damaging property and possessions and hid items so I would not discover the damage until they were long gone. They also did not re-assemble dismantled items correctly or at all. They were the most expensive organisation out of three quotes and required payment up front - which I have never been asked for before. Using them was the biggest mistake of my entire move.
