• The man came out to my 90 year old mother to change a faulty immersion element but was not told over the phone what the call out charge was or the hourly rate.He seemed friendly and efficient but in the end the charge of £225 for just over an hours work to replace a part not even costing £30 was disgraceful and just taking advantage of an elderly woman.Not recommended.

• They came out asap to help with a leak which to be honest they shouldve spotted AND fixed when they visited 4 days before. Seemed very efficient and friendly until the company I work for requested an invoice for work done. Then the gentleman collected his tools and left leaving the job half done, floorboards ripped up and a kitchen with an enormous hole in the ceiling saying "I dont do invoices, Im not working for free ". Seems he wanted cash in hand for some reason. Definitely wouldnt recommend.
