• Amazing quality of food! The service of the young boy on Friday was at excellent service, quick to listen and very understanding. Very pleased with the service and food.

• “Worst chinese food ever” Having eaten chinese food in many places in Ashford and abroad we can honestly say this was the worst we have ever had. The service was ok but the food all looked the same and had no flavour and it was only lukewarm not hot.

• Visit Kong Wah every couple of weeks. Always friendly, efficient service. Food is always cooked fresh, never reheated. Best Chinese takeaway in the area.

• Biterley disappointed ! We had decided to try a new Chinese in Ashford Kong Wah had reasonable prices hence why we chose them ; worst mistake ever! The food was substantial quality , the flavour was non existant . Not what I expect from a Chinese takeaway . The pictures were not matched to the food , and lastly the customer service was appalling !

• ORDERED FOOD WAS TOLD 40MINS WAIT FOOD WAS DELIVERED WITHIN 15 MINS AND TASTED FANTASTIC WOULD RECOMEND TO ANYONE IF YOU WANT CHINESE TRY THIS ONE +++++

• Ordered food at 8pm to be told it was a 40 minute wait, no problem. Rung thema at 9-10pm to be told that the driver had been sent to the wrong address. Rung them at 9-45pm to be told that they have not actually cooked any food for us. Can safely say that this business lies to its customers and cant keep there kitchen in order. AVOID!!!! Ps only giving 1 star as you cant give zero stars!!
