• I've been going to the Freestyle Kickboxing and Krav Maga classes at KMMA for about 4 months now and it is the best decision I have made in a long time. The classes are always fun and the instructors change up what we do each class to keep it interesting. I have seen a noticable change in my fitness as well as losing over a stone and toning up a lot since starting. I have also gained a good amount of confidence due to the new skills I am learning. The club is very friendly and thats not just the instructors but the whole group. They are all very welcoming and eager to help you get on and improve. The club prides itself on being an 'Idiot Free Zone' and this is actually one of the things that got me to my first class. I have always been paired in the classes with people of around my ability so that i can be pushed to improve without any apprehension. I would recommend KMMA to anyone looking for street self defence, confidence building, fitness or any combination of these. You will not be disappointed.
