• Not at all happy with the level of service. Parcel sent to me first class on 9 December 2013, when still not arrived checked with the company who insisted it had been sent. Even though no card put through the letterbox I thought this may be at the local post office and surprise surprise it was! When I asked the gentleman who worked there it sounded as though it was too much trouble to look and I heard him insinuate to his colleague more or less 'nutter' on the phone. He insisted I had received a card, which I certainly had not! If I had received a card I would have collected this earlier as it is a christmas present. Very rude.
