• I had a parcel posted by Gemporia.com. They collected their money on 27.04.2016 but I did not get the parcel. I rang Gemporia.com and they said that you tried to deliver the parcel on 28 April, 2016 but no one was at home. No card was posted and I am frustrated with your service. Plants sent by Richmond and Morgan was posted through the letter box. This damaged the plants. It should have been delivered to us personally and not posted through the letter box. Very disappointed.

• Frustraated, angry why don't they have a phone number. Used 0845 number and was still holding on 5 minutes later after listening to a whole load of twoddle. You don't deserve to have people use your service. Come on into the 21st Century and be brave enough to answer a phone.... angry

• staff are mostly brain dead cant think for themselves have no common sense useless ,any organisation run properly would also have a contact no but not these clowns .
