• Just made a journey from Newtown Chester to Hoole Chester and was very pleased to find that a mask is still required for all passengers. This is just plain common sense so well done King Cabs.

• Very rude lady on the phone who I have tried to book a taxi with more than once. They have even hung up on me more than once they are a taxi service that don't want the work! Won't be using them again abbey taxi on the other hand are brilliant

• Terrible service,pre-booked late yet again,we,the "customers" pre-book for a reason,rude abusive incompetent office staff,shocking way to run a business.I would award a zero rating if possible so the star goes to the poor drivers losing fares due to unhappy customers taking their custom elsewhere!!!!!

• Very, very poor service. Would give them no stars if the system would allow. Very rude lady on the phones told me someone had cancelled the cab after I had waited for 20 minutes for it to turn up. DO NOT USE! Abby cars were excellent.

• Very poor due to the girl on the phone Who was just rude after an incorrect booking after a wedding. The drivers were excellent though
