I have had a terrible experience with Kimber Roofing. They have let me down repeatedly. The quote the gave was expensive but because the tersimonials on their webiste sounded convincing, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Having cancelled appointments (on each occasion I had booked time off work at considerable expense) they promised me a firm date this week. Then at 5pm they called to say for the umpteenth time they could not carry out the work as the person allocated to the job was ill. Surely a company this size could find another roofer at short notice especially as they had cancelled on a number of previous occasions. the saga has gone on now for over a month. In the meantime the rain damage to my property is significant and they seem to feel no sense of responsibility for this or for letting me down so badly. Do not risk using this company who falsely claim to have excellent standards. They clearly DO NOT!!Rating history and distribution
